- Dips & Tricks #1 : Easily led for social dancing. No partner and no dance experience required.
- Dips & Tricks #2 : More difficult to lead. Dance experience required.
- Dips and Tricks #3: Dance experience and partner required.
- Jam Circle Flash: Entrance, exit and 1 flip. Dance experience and partner required.
- Aerial for performance: Learn one amazing aerial. Partner required!

Join a performance team! Learn a variety of different Lindy Hop routines/Balboa/Aerials. Learn a swing line dance like the Shim Sham Shimmy and more! This is the most fun swing dance learning experience offered and well worth the effort to participate. Held once a month on a Saturday afternoon. Look smashing on the dance floor! Required: currently attending a swing dance course!

3 Ts Timing Technique TeamworkL drills facing partner without partnering.
Aerial entry: Big box Rock step down up.
Leads need strong thighs fir the lift, Follows need strong Biceps to push up
Connections for the lift: Hand hold for take off. Do set first.
Follow must not anticipate ahead of the lead. Lead must initiate the lift and follow follows.
Matching the follows timing on the landing. Follow bounces from the toes on the landing.
Stay with the follow thru the landing
Put the aerial into your dancing. Pracise with basic ontop
Use 2 phrases of music for choreography. Do in a jam circle.
